Hemet West is Southern California’s most affordable Age Qualified (45-55+) Community for Active Adults. Our welcoming community is located in the scenic San Jacinto Valley of the Inland Empire. The 771 home sites meander throughout the Community on greenbelts, crystal clear lakes, the winding lazy river channel, and some border the executive golf course. In the center of the Community rising out of the lake behind the Community Club House, is our natural 7 acre rock island and 8 splashing waterfalls. Come visit and enjoy the beauty and peace.

Fishing
Like to fish? The Hemet West Catch and Release Fishing Season is year-round, and no license required. Bass, Blue Gill, and Catfish are plentiful. Don't be surprised if you hook a 3 or 4 pounder!
Golf Course
Like to golf? We are known as one of the finest and most scenic courses in the San Jacinto Valley. The 9 hole par 3 course is challenging and has fast greens. The holes average from 90 to 140 yards, with 3 tee shots over lakes! The meandering string of lakes borders the two other fairways providing majestic Valley and Mountain views.
